Alice Carmalita Moore, beloved family matriarch, passed away on June 7, 2026, at the age of 93. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, Alice made Spokane, Washington, her home. She was a devoted mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother whose life reflected faith, strength, wisdom, and unconditional love.
Just weeks later, Alice’s cherished daughter, Monica L. Olowoparija Reeves, passed away on June 23, 2026. Monica was a loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt, and friend whose compassion, joy, and deep love for family and community touched many lives.
The Moore family honors the remarkable lives and lasting legacies of both Alice and Monica. Information regarding their individual homegoing services will be announced at a later date through local newspapers and social media.
